Each christmas it gets harder,
Since you went away,
We miss you more and more,
At christmas each year.
Dementia tried to take you,
But your memory live on,
It now stands defeated, because it never won.
There will come a time, when this illness will be kept at bay,
Personalities wont be lost or taken away.
Our dad is up in heaven, looking down on us all.
